SURF Music At SXSW
Kenneth Kobori & Justine Suzuki
SURF Music is a Tokyo-based B2B digital ecosystem and marketplace for music makers to exclusively sell their unreleased music to buyers across the global media and entertainment industry. It also aims to help songwriters and producers seek and find creative opportunities in music markets and networks outside of their own, and pitch and place their songs in Asia, all while retaining their publishing rights.
Now, SURF Music are bringing their message Stateside once again. March will see SXSW returning to Austin, Texas, once again, and SURF Music’s Founder and CEO, Kenneth Kobori, will be appearing on the panel for Demystifying Japan: The World’s Second Largest Music Market on 11 March.
Kenneth will appear alongside Jonathan Streetman of Rock Paper Scissors, Tamay Takayama of Copetin, and Elisa Wantanabe of Ultra Music Publishing. For full details about the panel, head along to the SXSW website.
